Situation: At Xendit, I often had to juggle multiple data engineering projects with tight deadlines.

Task: My primary responsibility was to ensure that all projects were completed on time without compromising on quality.

Action: I start by listing all tasks and deadlines, then use a project management tool like Jira to prioritize based on urgency and impact. I employ the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize tasks into urgent/important, and delegate when appropriate. Regular team check-ins and stand-up meetings help in tracking progress and addressing roadblocks quickly. I also set aside focused time blocks for deep work, minimizing interruptions to maintain productivity.

Result: This structured approach allowed me to handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting all deadlines and maintaining high quality. For example, during a critical period, I managed to deliver three key projects simultaneously, each ahead of schedule and with positive feedback from stakeholders.
