Inner Engineering — Washes the brain so clean, and the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya we learn through this leaves me in a state of the inner bath every morning! It’s a life changer.

Bhava Spandana — What to say, this is a 4-day brain, body ,and what not washing program. It might wash away so much that we have welled up inside for many years in our brains, emotions, and more. Again, for many, it’s a life changer.

Shoonya — This is a very sublte washing technique where we are offered Shakti Chalana Kriya and a 15 minute Shoonya Meditation to wash our brain and energies. It’s a WOW. I feel so much rejuvenated after my practice. However this program requires little more willingness from the participants to be brainwashed.

Samayama — The ultimate washer, not just of brain, but many things that are beyond our understanding.
So much nonsense gets stuck to out brain right? In the form of thoughts that we create ourselves or from what we gather from outside. So to conclude, I can proudly say that I have the tools to wash my brain everyday and every moment!

Keep the mind map simple and easy to read. Use short phrases and simple language to make it easy to understand.

Review and revise the mind map as needed. Add new ideas and connections as they arise, and remove any irrelevant or unnecessary information.
